Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR)
We specialise in Electrical Installation Condition Reports — EICRs (previously called Periodic Inspection Reports, PIRs). As an approved NICEIC contractor, we provide reports for all types of property and any purpose, such as:
- The recommended inspection date is due
Most commercial & industrial properties need a new EICR every 5 years or less — this can also be completed as a percentage annually to ease costs and disruption.
- Property sale or purchase
- Insurance policies
Insurers will request an in-date electrical report.
- Change of use
A common time for a new EICR, to make sure the electrical systems are suitable and safe for the new building use.

Fault finding & rectification
Our level of experience makes us experts in electrical fault finding and rectification. We carry the correct equipment and tools to detect and locate any problem within an electrical wiring system — then advise and quote for the fault to be rectified.

PAT testing
We also carry out Portable Appliance Testing. Much PAT testing isn’t done correctly or fully — with our engineers, every plug is opened and inspected, checking for correct wiring, secure terminals and the correct fuse type.
Appliances are then tested with the most advanced calibrated test equipment available. On completion you receive a PAT test certificate, a schedule of items inspected and a detailed test results schedule — in any format you require.
